Colorful Rig, 04-07-2016

When I asked this cyclist if I could photograph him, he gave an enthusiastic "Yes." He wanted to have the Carpenteria California flag at the center of the photo. He was reluctant to give me his name, but when I asked what I should call him, he answered, "Thirsty." Photo at south-west corner of Palm Canyon Dr. & Arenas Rd.
