This is the first one I have ever seen, just south of the railroad overpass on Indian near I-10.

Sentinel Power Plant, DHS, 07-28-2012

This is the $900,000,000 power plant being built north of Dillon Rd. east of Worsley Rd. in Desert Hot Springs.  Sentinel has made $53,000,000 in "mitigation fees" available to the community to "offset" the air pollutants it will create.
