Albino @ I-10 & Date Palm Drive, 04--28-2013

Photo looking north on Date Palm Dr - I 10 Interchange.  Albino working road construction on a Sunday directing traffic.  He and his wife ride their bicycles 25 miles every weekend from San Bernardino to Riverside.
