Verbena, 02-24-2016

 Desert Sand Verbena, Abronia villosa, growing next to north-bound Highway 111 near Snow Creek Rd. If El Nino would do what it is supposed to do the desert floor could still wind up carpeted in this beautiful flowering plant.
