Robert of Cathedral City, 04-05-2016

 Robert, a cyclist enjoying one of his daily rides along the Whitewater River Channel Bike-way in Cathedral City. He is enthusiastic about cyclists using a bell to avoid startling other cyclists and pedestrians on the bike-ways. Though I don't yet have a bell on either of my bikes, I think he is right.
