Local Triathlete at Tipton RR Crossing, 11-08-2016

 Pavel, a local cyclist and triathlete on his way to do the hill climb up the Snow Creek Rd. to the PCT. He is signed up to do an Iron Man Triathlon in Cuba and he looks ready for it.
