 Found this tiny frightened puppy on the side of north-bound Highway 62 just north of the !-10 overpass.

I was able to hand off the puppy to Steven who was kind enough to stop. It took me about 10 minutes of trying to flag down high speed drivers before Steven saved me and the puppy. Thanks Steven...

Arrested Development, 10-21-2016
